Established in 1993 dlp Building Company centers on Alex de la Pena, a three generation building tradesman.

From his youth Alex has been involved in the building trade, working along side his grandfather in concrete finishing, his father in the roofing trade. After graduation in 1987 from Architecture, Design and Drafting school he returned to the picturesque Mesilla Valley to begin his career.

Upon establishing his own firm, he has built his reputation as one of the valley's premier designers. Yet his heart was in seeing his own hands build his design creations, hence, he stepped out into the builder market, building in the southwest and Mexico.

You will find the dlp stamp of design on many constructed homes. His eye for detail makes the visible difference in his homes, the best construction and service result in a superior home.

Alex's ultimate goal with each homeowner is to build a trust relationship, from the first introduction, through each stage of construction and for years to come.
