dlp Building Company, owner Alex de la Pena spends numerous hours with each individual Homeowner to capture their vision and desire for their home.  Working with this information Alex creates a design tailored to his clients needs and budget.  Homeowners are provided with preliminary sketches of the project, (i.e. site plans, elevations, and floor plan).  Alex will see that each home is designed to provide his homeowner with the best views, the best placement on lot, the best living space to meet their needs.  Extensive Specification Sheets and detailed Building Contracts work to provide the Homeowner and Alex with the information needed to complete the design and progress into the building stage.
